One small piece of haldi is kept in lemon and when it dries, haldi is taken out & put in second fresh lemon and when it dries it is further kept in third/fourth lemon. Now, Haldi is ground with one/two drops of water & applied on the eyes with the help of a needle for 7/10 days or as needed.
