This is the most sacred chant of God adopted in worship by Hindus. Every mantra of worship is preceded by this word to complete the meaning and power of mantra. It is believed that the very first word that came out from the mouth of Brahma, the creator of Universe, was ‘AUM’. This is the word that brings completion, fulfillment and every attainment in life. One of the sects of Hindus called Arya Samaj adores only this word as a Mark of God. ‘AUM’ is synonymous with God for them.
